SPEAK UP! – SHARING CONCERNS

An essential part of operating with high performance and high integrity is taking action when you believe the law or our Code of Conduct may have been violated or are about to be violated. When you suspect misconduct, it’s important that you speak up about it.

We are always trying to improve and grow, especially as we grow as a company. We encourage you to ask questions, make suggestions, or express concerns either to your supervisor or anonymously here.

There are many ways to speak up:

Let your supervisor know. Share your concern with your supervisor. Often he or she will be able to offer guidance and answer any questions.

Report it anonymously here. If you’re not comfortable discussing the situation with your supervisor, you can go to another supervisor or fill out an anonymous form here:

All messages will be sent to Kimbrell to identify appropriate next steps. All messages will be received anonymously. Please include your name if you are wanting and/or willing to discuss the concern/suggestion more thoroughly.
